We are now looking for placement counselors to join our team.

MindX Africa Placement Application

Important Information

Thank you for your interest in applying to MindX Africa for a placement. Please read these details below before filling out this form. We will then review your application and get back to you, this could take a maximum of three weeks.

If your application is successful, we would ask that you:

Commit to being available for 3 to 4 hours a week, or more
Attend our free fortnightly group supervision
If necessary, have private supervision in place to meet your course requirements
Be able to commit to working with MindX Africa for a minimum of 6 months

Important Requirements:

You will need to be in personal therapy throughout your placement
Long breaks and sudden endings should be avoided to ensure thoughtful client endings
Give us a minimum of 3 months notice if you decide to end your placement
Up to 4 weeks holiday per year is allowed with 4 weeks advance notice
